New Deck Lantern
My sweet hubby brought this as a surprise on Friday. I had admired them at my Harris Teeter grocery store and had mentioned it in passing to him. Being the awesome man he is he bought me one. I love it. The hydrangea is from our yard and the pretty blue bottle I picked up for $1.00 at our local Christmas Tree Shop today! Thanks for stopping by for a bit.

Do you Love a Bit of Whimsy?
I happen to love a bit of whimsy, myself. Tinker bell, Alice in Wonderland, anything that inspires my imagination. Faeries of all types are another bit of whimsy I enjoy. I love several lines of the Prima paper collections as they inspire my love of all things whimsy. Recently my DH made me a tree face in the front yard. I can see it right out of my Kraft korner on the second floor of our home. I enjoy seeing it as it reminds me of the trees in Wizard of Oz! I see it and a part of me thinks that just maybe, deep in the night, the yard is filled with dancing trees and sweet mischievous Faeries. Enjoy your day and weekend. Keep an eye out for a bit of wonder!

Extreme Wear Nail Enamel
Happy Friday! Hope you are ready for your weekend. I wanted to tell you about a product I tried this week. Extreme Wear nail enamel from Sally Hansen. I have tried a number of nail polishes in different price ranges. I was searching for a certain color that had been discontinued by a major competitor. In my quest to find the color I bought several different bottles, finding none that I liked. I saw a bottle in the Sally Hansen display at Target that looked like the color I wanted. I bought it at a cost of $2.99. To my amazement this is the best nail polish I have ever used. It stays on! It is a gel like consistency and it's a bit hard to put on but it's worth it for the time you can wear without chips. Disclaimer: I have no connection to Sally Hansen nor am I receiving any monetary gain from this post. Give it a try. It's worth it and so are you!
Awesome Durable Nail Polish
I have a product review today for you. Disclaimer: I do not have any connection with this company. Every once in a while a great product comes along. I bought and used the Sally Hansen Extreme Wear nail polish. It is amazing. My cost at Target was $2.99. I have bought every kind of nail polish made. I spent a number of years with acrylic nails. About a year ago I let the acrylics grow off and have been trying different polishes. Expensive mostly. I saw the Extreme Wear in Target and thought, why not? It is a gel like polish that is a little hard to use. But let me tell you it lasts. I am hard on my hands and therefore my polish wears badly. I love this one. Give it a try. I also use a vase coat and my fav top coat Out the Door from Sally's. Let me know what you think if you try some!
